I stole this, from the ED show, on msnbc. Why recreate the wheel if you don't have to?

 Because of collective bargaining, many of us have:
- A 40 Hour Work Week
- Weekends Off
- Worker Safety Standards
- Health Care
- Pensions
- Vacation Time

Huh. Who knew? [Wisconsinites because we have great teachers! (Yep - couldn't help that plug!).]
